Two-time Wimbledon winner Petra Kvitova (Czech Republic), Olympic champion Belinda Bencic (Switzerland) and fifth in the world rankings Caroline Garcia (France) have confirmed their participation in the $850,000 tournament in Berlin's Grunewald. The organizers announced this on Friday.

Bencic only reached the final in Charleston last week, and Kvitova has already won the WTA Tour 1000 tournament in Miami this season. And Caroline Garcia was able to win the title at the WTA Finals at the end of the 2022 season in Fort Woth.
