About two months ago, Julia Görges (WTA 28) announced that she was to end her collaboration with her trainer Sebastian Sachs as well as with her physiotherapist Florian Zitzelsberger. Now it is known who the ex-physio of the 31-year-old will work for in the future. Petra Kvitova (WTA 7) recently announced that Zitzelsberger and Ivan Trebaticky have joined the team as physios. /

"Welcome to the new look team Petra! I am looking forward to working with two new physiotherapists at Ivan Trebaticky and Florian Zitzelsberger (also physiotherapist). I can not wait to get started and I hope they will not conspire against me, "said the 29-year-old Czech on her Twitter account with a laughing smiley at the end of the message.

Görges trains at the base in Oberhaching

Recently, at the official presentation of the modernized DTB men's federal base in Oberhaching, it became known that Görges from Regensburg occasionally trains at the local TennisBase in the south of Munich. As her trainer Jens Gerlach comes from the Allgäu region, this training center, located between the residence of the trainer and the German number two, offers a new two-field hall, a small sports hall, a cardio and fitness area as well as new apartments for players and coaches.
