So now it's black and white: Ons Jabeur is the first player of Arab origin to make it into the top ten of the WTA world rankings. Jabeur improved by five places after reaching the semi-finals in Indian Wells and is now in ninth place. Paula Badosa, who celebrated her greatest career success in Tennis Paradise, climbed 16 places and is now eleventh.
Barbora Krejcikova and Maria Sakkari are also able to report new highs in the charts. Krejcikova is currently number four in the world, behind Ashleigh Barty , Aryna Sabalenka and Karolina Pliskova . Sakkari made up two positions and is currently seventh. Angelique Kerber , who was eliminated by Badosa in Indian Wells, remains in 15th place.
In the Porsche Race, Paula Badosa suddenly has the very best cards to drive to the finals in Guadalajara. The Spaniard made a jump to eighth place, overtaking Jabeur, who is immediately behind her. After the start of some candidates, especially that of Ashleigh Barty, there is a question mark, it could also be enough for the Tunisian.
