WTA world rankings: Emma Raducanu makes up 150 places!

There have been only minor changes to the top positions on the WTA charts. In the expanded world elite, however, there are two new faces: Emma Raducanu and Leylah Fernandez .

No player in the history of tennis has ever been credited so many points at once: Emma Raducanu's US Open victory was worth 2,040 points for the British woman. Because Raducanu already collected 40 points with the successfully completed qualification, plus 2,000 for the tournament victory. Makes an improvement of 150 positions in the WTA world rankings in Schilling. As of today, Raducanu is number 23 on the charts.

Leylah Fernandez naturally hurt the final defeat against Raducanu, perhaps the Canadian will comfort a new career high in the world rankings with 28th place. Seventh.
