Novak Djokovic doesn't spill when it comes to titles, no: Most of the time, the current world number one grabs the really big trophies. Djokovic won 17 times in one of the four Grand Slam tournaments, and won the ATP Finals on five occasions. And also at the ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, Nole's name has been mentioned 34 times in the list of winners. The special thing about it: Novak Djokovic is the only player in ATP history to have won all nine Masters tournaments. However, its big competitors still have white spots:

Roger Federer, for example, is still missing Monte Carlo and Rome, at both events the maestro was at least once in the final. Rafael Nadal, on the other hand, has so far been unsuccessful in Shanghai and Key Biscayne and Miami. This is exactly where Djokovic's run began in 2007. With a three-set success (at that time it was finalized in best-of-five mode) against Guillermo Canas. This triumph marks its 13th anniversary today.

Djokovic has to wait a long time for victory in Cincinnati

After the victory in Key Biscayne, Djokovic gradually increased his collection: Indian Wells and Rome were added in 2008, 2009 the only indoor tournament of the series in Paris-Bercy. Two years later, Djokovic was able to hook Madrid and the Masters tournament in Canada, which alternates between Toronto and Montreal each year. Shanghai followed in 2012, Monte Carlo in spring 2013. Only Novak Djokovic couldn't really make friends with Cincinnati - until it worked out in the final against record winner Roger Federer in 2018.
