Jan-Lennard Struff was eliminated in the semi-finals of the Challenger tournament in Bordeaux. The Warsteiner lost to Tomas Martin Etcheverry in two sets.

No more finals for Jan-Lennard Struff: The German, who last reached the final at the ATP Masters 1000 event in Madrid, lost in the semi-finals at the Challenger tournament in Bordeaux. The Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry proved to be too strong for the dead Warsteiner on Friday and won 6:4 and 6:2.
While Etcheverry meets Richard Gasquet or Ugo Humbert in the final, Struff will continue at the French Open in Paris from May 28th. The 33-year-old withdrew his participation in the ATP 250 tournament in Geneva on Friday.
