Sebastian Ofner's comeback is still going really well: The Styrian is already in the semifinals after a 6: 2, 7: 6 (5) win over local hero Jonas Forejtek at the ATP Clay Court Challenger tournament in Prague. The Czech had easily eliminated tournament favorite Daniel Altmaier from Germany the day before with a score of 6:1, 6:4. In the second duel after 11:00 a.m. (CEST), Ofner will face Chun-hsin Tseng (ATP 127) from Chinese Tapei on tomorrow's semi-final day. The Asian is seeded at three in the "Golden City".
Ofner is only playing his third tournament in the Czech capital after a seven-month break due to injury - the Austrian had to undergo knee surgery last year. In the previous week, the current number 216 in the ATP rankings had advanced to the quarterfinals at a Challenger event in Madrid and was only defeated by number two Thiago Monteiro from Brazil in two sets.
Here the single tableau from Prague.
