Sebastian Ofner's comeback in professional tennis is taking on more and more pleasing forms. Last week in Madrid the Styrian won his first match after a long injury break. In Prague he is now in the quarter-finals after beating his compatriot Jurij Rodionov 6:1 and 7:6 (6). There Ofner meets either tournament favorite Daniel Altmaier from Germany or local hero Jonas Forejtek on Friday.

With Dennis Novak and Lucas Miedler, two other Austrians are represented in the tableau in Prague. Novak plays Spain's Javier Barranco Cosano in the round of 16 tomorrow. Miedler has to deal with Chun-hsin Tseng.
