Yannick Maden missed his first tournament win at the ATP Challenger level.

At the Challenger tournament Nur-Sultan 2, the Stuttgart defeated the Ukrainian Illya Marchenko 6: 4, 4: 6 and 3: 6.
For the 29-year-old, it was the seventh final at Challenger level, but all seven finals were lost.
For Marchenko, however, it was the seventh challenger title.
Thanks to its strong week, maggot will still make up nine places in the upcoming world rankings and rank in 121st place.
