Guido Pella criticized his opponent's behavior after losing to Corentin Moutet.

It has been Corentin Moutet's year so far. The next-gen player from France made a big splash at the first tournament of the year in Doha, when he played from qualifying to the final, but then lost to Andrey Rublev. After the first round at the Australian Open, the young Frenchman is now serving at the ATP 250 event in Cordoba, Argentina. There the number 71 of the world managed another surprise: Moutet was able to bring down home favorite Guido Pella in a crazy match.

Following his departure, Guido Pella expressed his displeasure with the behavior of the 20-year-old Frenchman: “He is a great player, but ill-bred. It was the same with our previous encounters. He lacks respect for the audience and lacks respect for me. ”Corentin Moutet is known for showing his emotions very openly on the pitch. Be it the exuberant cheering poses or the times when he takes out his displeasure with the racket, space or floor: Not everyone likes the behavior of the Frenchman.

Against Guido Pella it was the second victory in the third encounter for Corentin Moutet. The Frenchman is now in the quarter-finals of the Cordoba tournament. Another surprise man is waiting there with Andrej Martin. Pablo Cuevas and Cristian Garin were also able to play in the last eight in Cordoba.
