ATP Hamburg: Borna Coric has to give up! Alex Molcan completes semifinals
Alex Molcan is the fourth and final semi-finalist at the Hamburg ATP 500 event. The Slovak benefited from a submission by Borna Coric on Friday night.

Another setback for Borna Coric, who was suffering from bad luck with injuries: the Croatian had to give up due to injury at the ATP 500 event in Hamburg with a score of 6: 7 (4) and 0: 2 against the Slovak. The 25-year-old only celebrated his comeback on the ATP tour at the ATP Masters 1000 event in Indian Wells after a long break from injury.
Alex Molcan is the fourth and last semi-finalist at Rothenbaum in Hamburg. In the semi-finals, Marian Vajda's protégé meets Carlos Alcaraz, who put in an impressive performance against Karen Khachanov in the late afternoon and won his semi-final ticket 6-0 and 6-2.
Also in the semifinals in Hamburg are Lorenzo Musetti, who knew how to convince against Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, and Francisco Cerundolo, who showed staying power against Aslan Karatsev in three hard-fought sets.
