"If you are in the semifinals of a Masters, you play your best tennis. I just have the feeling that - if I play my best tennis - I can keep up with anyone and beat everyone. But I think Stef sees it the same way. The better one Player will win tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to it, "said Zverev in view of the upcoming semi-final game.

After the Olympic victory and the success at the 2018 ATP season finale, Zverev's main goal remains triumph in a Grand Slam tournament. At the US Open (August 30th to September 12th), the fifth in the world rankings is one of the favorites. In the previous year, Zverev in New York failed in the final to Dominic Thiem from Austria.
