ATP Masters Rome: Jannik Sinner takes Stefanos Tsitsipas out

On Wednesday, Jannik Sinner celebrated the biggest victory of his career to date - based on the ranking of his opponent. The Italian beat Stefanos Tsitsipas at the ATP Masters 1000 in Rome 6: 1, 6: 7 (9), 6: 2.

Sinner, who is 81st in the world rankings, already had two match points in the tie-break of the second set before the number six in the world used her third set ball.

In the decisive round, however, Sinner quickly pulled away to 4: 0 with outstanding tennis and no longer gave up the advantage of the double break. Tsitsipas gave up a total of seven times.
