ATP Munich draw: Zverev on Rune-Ast, Thiem starts against Lestienne
The draw for the ATP Tour 250 tournament in Munich brought Dominic Thiem a feasible first task. Alexander Zverev could meet defending champion Holger Rune in the semifinals.

While Dominic Thiem has already warmed up on one of the training grounds for the ATP Tour 250 tournament at the MTTC Iphitos in Munich, in Constant Lestienne he was drawn an opponent with whom he can certainly live well. Should Thiem master this task, he would meet either Marc-Andrea Huesler or Kyle Edmund in round two. Possible opponent in the quarterfinals would be Taylor Fritz.
Alexander Zverev starts with a bye. The German number one then meets either Ugo Humbert or the Australian Christopher O'Connell. After Zverev was drawn into the upper half of the tableau, he could meet defending champion Holger Rune in the semi-finals.
