ATP New York: Krawietz and Mies are in the quarter-finals
Kevin Krawietz and Andreas Mies have reached the quarter-finals at the ATP tournament in New York. The German pairing had to give up the first set in the tournament against Jürgen Melzer / Edouard Roger-Vasselin, but prevailed 3: 6, 6: 4, 10-4 after less than an hour and a half.

Both teams had several break opportunities in the first set, but it was Melzer / Roger-Vasselin who took their chance to make it 3-1. The other games went to the respective server.
