The tournaments in which Benoit Paire did not fail right at the start of the current season can be counted on one hand with little effort. In 18 tournament starts in 2022, the French ended up 14 times in the first round. Now the current world number 80. not quite undeservedly known as one of the most fickle players on the ATP tour, but the poor performance of the 33-year-old should have put a few question marks on his forehead himself.
