The 14-year-old Victoria Jimenez Kasintseva from Andorra won in the final against Weronika Baszak from Poland 5: 7, 6: 2 and 6: 2 - as the youngest player ever in the field. On the way to the title, Kasintseva fended off three match balls at 3: 6, 7: 6 (7), 7: 6 (10: 7) in the round of 16 against Melania Delai.

Final opponent Baszak had defeated Alexandra Vecic from Germany in the semifinals.

By the way, Kasintseva's father is a former professional tennis player - Joan Jimenez-Guerra, the former number 505 in the ATP ranking.

In the junior category, Harold Mayot lived up to his favorite position: the top-seeded 17-year-old from France prevailed against his compatriot Arthur Cauzaux 6: 4 and 6: 1.
