In an haunting TikTok video, the American wears a black hooded sweatshirt, shows photos of fatalities like George Floyd and asks in a text display while raising her hands: "Am I the next one?" The clip ends with the message: "I use my voice. Will you use yours?"

Floyd had died on Monday after a brutal police operation in Minneapolis. The policeman, who had been kneeling on Floyd's neck for several minutes during an arrest, has since been released from the police force, arrested and charged.

The incident has led to massive protests and even riots. Numerous US sports stars such as LeBron James or Colin Kaepernick have already used their platform in the past few days to set an example against institutional racism and police violence in the USA.
