Diriyah Tennis Cup: Medvedev in the final, Thiem and Zverev lose doubles
Daniil Medvedev is in the final at the Diriyah Tennis Cup after beating Stan Wawrinka in two sets. Meanwhile, Dominic Thiem and Alexander Zverev lost in the doubles semifinals.

Daniil Medvedev still has the chance to win his second title after 2019 at the Diriyah Tennis Cup in Saudi Arabia. The Russian easily defeated Stan Wawrinka 6-4 and 6-4 in the semifinals on Friday. In the final he will face Taylor Fritz or Cameron Norrie.
For the losers of all singles games on Thursday, doubles matches are on the program for the remaining two days of the tournament. So also for Dominic Thiem and Alexander Zverev. The two were beaten by Matteo Berrettini and Andrey Rublev in the semifinals 3:6 and 6:7 (3).
On Friday evening (second match after 6:00 p.m. CET) Nick Kyrgios and Stefanos Tsitsipas will also make an eagerly awaited appearance. The Australian and the Greek, who got into a clinch after their third-round match at Wimbledon this year , meet Hubert Hurkacz and Dominic Stricker.
