Marcelo Arévalo and Jean-Julien Rojer are Grand Slam winners! At the 2022 French Open, the duo clinched the title in a hard-fought final after just over three hours. Rojer/Arevalo defeated Ivan Dodig and Austin Krajicek 7: 6 (4), 6: 7 (5) and 6: 3 in the final at the Bois de Boulogne.

Jean-Julien Rojer - the 40-year-old - is the oldest major winner in pairs in the Open Era, while Arevalo is the first from Central America. For the duo it is already the fourth title win in the current season.
