After a two-day break due to the weather, the second matches of the final phase at the Generali Austrian Pro Series finally took place on Monday in the Federal Performance Center in Südstadt. And the two favorites kept themselves harmless: First Mira Antonitsch defeated Sinja Kraus 7: 5 and 6: 3, then tournament favorite Julia Grabher won against Irina Dshandshgava 6: 3 and 6: 2.
Grabher and Antonitsch, who had already faced each other in the placement games of the group phase (Grabher was able to assert themselves in three sentences), will play for the victory at the invitation tournament on Tuesday (not before 2 p.m., in our livestream and live ticker). Kraus and Dshandshgava open the day by playing for third place at 12 noon.
