Antonitsch dominated the game and overcame a small low with many mistakes at the beginning of the second set, which left them 0: 3 behind. After that, she picked up six games in a row.
For the 29-year-old Paszek, it was the first appearance in Austria since 2015 in Bad Gastein, she had to fight injuries again and again and had to postpone her comeback. Paszek, once number 26 in the WTA ranking, is currently without a position in the world rankings.
