Generali Open Kitzbühel: Lukas Neumayer manages the qualification!
Austria's youngster Lukas Neumayer fought his way through the qualification at the Generali Open in Kitzbühel and thus reached his first main field at an ATP tournament.

Neumayer defeated the Czech Lukas Rosol 6: 4 and 7: 6 (5) in the qualifying final and can thus start in the main field of the Generali Open 2021.
The 18-year-old, currently number 1,171 in the ATP ranking, had participated in a qualification at an ATP event in Kitz for the first time. In qualifying round 1, after winning the first set, he benefited from the abandonment of his opponent Juan Ignacio Londero.
After Dennis Novak and Alexander Erler - both with a wildcard - Neumayer is the third Austrian in the main draw.
The field is led by Casper Ruud, who has just won his second tournament in Gstaad within two weeks.
