Generali Open Kitzbühel: Pedro Martinez and Lorenzo Sonego win double titles

Sonego and Martinez, who with Philipp Oswald and his partner Robin Haase had eliminated the last Austrian from the competition in the semifinals, were already 4:1 in the first set, but allowed the favored Pütz and Venus to come back. Almost the same picture in the second set, but the two individual specialists were able to save their lead to the finish.
In the match tie-break, Michael Venus made three mistakes in a row, Martinez/Sonego took a 9-6 lead. Pütz/Venus were able to parry the first two match balls, and then not only the newly crowned Kitzbühel champions celebrated the third. But also the majority of the fans in the full stands.
