Generali Open Kitzbühel: Yannick Hanfmann first finalist after thriller
Yannick Hanfmann was the first player to move into the final of the ATP Tour 250 tournament in Kitzbühel. The German defeated at the Generali Open Laslo Djere from Serbia with 4: 6, 6: 3 and 7: 6 (5).

Why simple, when it can also be complicated: And so Yannick Hanfmann left his two chances quite generously with a score of 5: 4 in the first semi-final of the Generali Open in Kitzbühel against Laslo Djere, then missed several opportunities, with another break with 6 : 5 to take the lead. And after a playing time of 2:25 hours, the audience was still able to celebrate: The German sank a backhand ball to move into his second final on the ATP tour. In 2017 he was on the verge of winning a tournament, but lost the Gstaad final to Fabio Fognini.
