Holger Rune is definitely an exceptional sporting talent. This has been clear since the young Dane's sensational title win at the ATP Masters 1000 event in Paris-Bercy, where the 19-year-old brought down five top 10 players and even 22 times in the final Grand Slam winner Novak Djokovic disenchanted. Another characteristic of the 19-year-old Dane: Holger Rune wears his heart on his sleeve, especially when it comes to discussing his short, medium and long-term goals. And here the night of the world rankings is also very clear to the Italian medium: "I want to win Roland Garros and see myself as part of the future Big Three together with Alcaraz and Sinner."
While Stan Wawrinka is unlikely to be a great friend anymore, Rune seems to have a great relationship with one man in particular: Nick Kyrgios. In any case, the 19-year-old has nothing but admiration for the Australian. "I love his personality, I wish I could have his serve.
