Andy Murray wants to aim high again. The Scotsman can clearly see that. Even if the former world number one is currently struggling on the ATP tour rather than achieving great success, one thing is obvious: the 34-year-old has not had enough - of the really great successes, but above all of tennis.

Even if the Scotsman was able to reach an ATP final again at the start of the season with his entry into the final of the ATP 250 event in Sydney for months, the last few days have had little news of success for the former world number one. Just as few as the recent trainer experiments had in store for Murray. Now the three-time major winner is going back to the tried and tested - and has repeatedly secured the services of Ivan Lendl.

Murray and Lendl want to attack on grass

"Andy said one thing, he said, 'I don't know how much time I have left and I want to work with people who I know what I'm going to get from,'" Lendl recently told the Daily Mail. "It makes perfect sense. We talked about it and decided that we're going to try it," said the 62-year-old, with whom Murray won all of his three Grand Slam titles.

Together with the Czech, Murray will prepare meticulously for the grass season in the coming weeks, where the 34-year-old wants to attack fully. As Lendl points out: "I would say grass is probably Andy's best surface. For many players it's the worst surface. That would of course increase his chances," said the Czech.
