Marach and Oswald lose the Sofia final, Gerald Melzer wins in Lima
Oliver Marach and Philipp Oswald just missed the title at the ATP 250 event. Gerald Melzer , meanwhile, won doubles in Lima.

Gerald Melzer is in excellent shape. First, the Austrian played his way into the singles semi-finals at the Challenger event in Lima, where he should fail against the Argentinian Carabelli, now Melzer won the doubles title alongside German Julian Lenz. The German-Austrian pairing defeated Nicolas Barrientos and Fernando Romboli in the final.
One level higher, on the ATP tour, it wasn't enough for another Austrian double title this weekend. In the final of the ATP 250 event in Sofia, the two veterans Oliver Marach and Philipp Oswald had to admit defeat to the two Australians Jonny O'Mara and Ken Supski.
