Now tennis has its first corona case at the Summer Olympics in Tokyo: Jean-Julien Rojer, Dutch doubles specialist, tested positive for the virus, according to the ITF. This means that the tournament is not only over for Rojer, but of course also for partner Wesley Koolhof. The two Dutchmen started the race in eighth position. Michael Venus and Marcus Daniell would have played against Koolhof / Rojer and have now reached the quarter-finals without a fight.

Daniell and Venus would be the potential opponents for Oliver Marach and Philipp Oswald . With Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah, the two Austrians first have to overcome a very high hurdle.
