Roger Federer and Juan Martin del Potro will play an exhibition match in Buenos Aires at the end of the current season.

Roger Federer will undertake a South America tour for the second time after 2012 at the end of the 2019 season. "Above all, the audience was incredible for me. I've never seen anything like it," said the Swiss at a media event before the Laver Cup.
The program is not yet completely fixed, but a first date has already been set. The 20-time Grand Slam winner will fight an exhibition fight against local hero Juan Martin del Potro on November 20 in the 15,000-seat Estadio Parque Roca in Buenos Aires.
"It's going to be a great game between us," the Argentine said in a video message on Twitter. Federer is also looking forward to the performance: "I am very happy to be returning to Argentina and playing against my good friend and the legend Juan Martin del Potro."
The two already held two exhibitions in Buenos Aires seven years ago. Federer was also a guest in Bogota and Sao Paolo in 2012. Where this year will go for the 38-year-old is still unclear. Exhibition battles with both Alexander Zverev and Dominic Thiem are under discussion.
