Patrick Mouratoglou is back in full swing

Describing Patrick Mouratoglou as busy does no justice to the French star coach. Wherever there is something going on in tennis - Mouratoglou should not be missing. Be it as Serena Williams' advisor, as TV expert for Eurosport or as part of the team of Stefanos Tsitsipas . And by the way, Mouratoglou also runs a tennis academy near Nice, where the Tsitsipas often train. Even in times of Corona, as the Greek revealed on "Kasi Live" in our Instargram account "tennisnetnews" a few days ago.

However, the name Tsitsipas has so far been missing from the list of players who are to take part in the exhibition fight series launched by Mouratoglou. Initially, David Goffin and the Australian Alexei Popyrin were noted. The latter is not well remembered by Austrian tennis fans: Popyrin is the man against whom Dominic Thiem had to give up in round two at the Australian Open 2019 due to illness. Popyrin's father, Alex, acts as a co-organizer alongside Patrick Mouratoglou.

As you know it from Patrick Mouratoglou, the name of the event already promises great sport: this is how the series starts as the “Ultimate Tennis Showdown”. It should start on May 16, interested tennis fans can be there via stream. Whether they will also see Stefanos Tsitsipas will remain an exciting question. In any case, Benoit Paire has already raised his hand.
