Djokovic had to do hard work this week: in all of his three matches he was already one set behind, each time he pulled his head out of the noose. Especially at the start against Laslo Djere, Djokovic showed his Houdini skills several times - although Djere also had his share when he missed a promising lead .

In this respect, Andrey Rublev had an easy way: Only in the first match against Jiri Lehecka did he have to go over the distance, in the semifinals he only gave a little to Fabio Fognini. /

Djokovic is still the favorite for the home game, who wants to win the fourth title in Belgrade. And Rublev also explained in advance that this was Djokovic's moment.

In a direct comparison, Djokovic leads 1-0 against Rublev - he won the only encounter between the two last year at the ATP Finals 6: 3, 6: 2.
