Proper damper for Dominic Thiem at the ATP Challenger tournament in Bordeaux: The Lichtenwörther suffered a two-set defeat against the local hero Corentin Moutet in the round of 16 of the clay court event in the 175 category. In the end, Thiem had to admit defeat 6: 7 (5), 1: 6 after 1:35 hours of play. He also missed a long-awaited duel with the German top favorite Jan-Lennard Struff.
