ATP Dubai: Jan-Lennard Struff this time without a chance against Shapovalov
Jan-Lennard Struff was eliminated in the second round of the ATP 500 tournament in Dubai.

Struff lost to Denis Shapovalov 1: 6, 3: 6 and ended his winning streak against the Canadian: Most recently, the Warsteiner had won four times in a row against "Shapo", most recently at the Masters tournament in Cincinnati last year.
Recently, however, things did not go smoothly at Struff, he lost four times in a row, only on Monday he ended this negative run with his opening win in Dubai against Mikhail Kukushkon.
Struff is still in doubles, however, alongside Kevin Krawietz he still plays against Henri Kontinen and Jordan Thompson.
The top seeded Dominic Thiem has his first appearance in the afternoon of German time: He will meet Lloyd Harris from around 5.30 p.m. ( here in the tennisnet live ticker ).
