Novak Djokovic is getting closer and closer to the rulers Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal in the Grand Slam race. With his title at the French Open, Djokovic made his major title number 19 clear , so he's only missing one on Federer and Nadal (each with 20).

But does the Grand Slam title alone decide in the end about the "Greatest Of All Time"? One does not know.

Nor does Andy Murray know. "Neither of them ended their careers, so we have to wait and see what happens," declared the unequivocal number 4 of the "Big Four" during the Queen's tournament. But then still to score his points for each of the three. /

Djokovic, Nadal or Federer - who is the GOAT?

Djokovic? I have won all Masters tournaments at least twice and every Grand Slam tournament at least twice - "that certainly stands out for him. Here you can make the argument that it is unbelievable what he has achieved."

Nadal? "Of course you can say: He has won the French Open 13 times on clay, so often nobody has won a single Grand Slam tournament. That is unbelievable."

And Federer? "He's been doing it all over several generations, at 39 he can still keep up at the highest level. And his records and results on grass are unmatched."

He himself, according to Murray, is not so obsessed with the question of who is the best. "But I think it's without a doubt the best era in tennis history. It's incredible what all of them have achieved. It's great - and challenging - to have played during such a period." As a tennis fan, says Murray, it was "a great time to witness it - and as a player to make a small contribution to it."
