Nick Kyrgios has already been rumored about a possible new love affair in the past week, a photo from last Tuesday sparked these rumors. Nick Kyrgios is shown holding hands with Anna Kalinskaya. The 21-year-old had posted the picture of herself and Kyrgios on Instagram, but has since deleted it. Which also irritated some of her followers. Of course, it is quite possible that the two will not yet make their relationship public. /

Kalinskaya is also a professional tennis player, if not as well known as Kyrgios. The Russian is currently 112th in the WTA ranking, in autumn last year she had reached her highest position with 96th place.

In the past few weeks, Kalinskaya had shown Nick Kyrgios in her Instagram stories, including at the joint tournament in Acapulco in February.

It would not be the first relationship with a colleague: In the past few years, Kyrgios has been in an on / off relationship with Ajla Tomljanovic, who is now in a relationship with Matteo Berrettini.

Kyrgios, who had won a spectacular tournament in Acapulco last year, had to give up this time due to an injury to his wrist, which prompted some fans to boo, but left the Australian cold in the usual way. "It couldn't be more indifferent to me," he said after the match in much less charming words. "I'm not healthy. I came here and tried to play. I tried to do something for the media, to show tennis to fans. And then they're so disrespectful."

The "new" Nick Kyrgios

Kyrgios had emerged positive at the start of the season when he called on his fellow players to donate to the Australian bushfire. Also at the Australian Open, Kyrgios not only impressed with strong tennis, but also with a somewhat refined appearance, which he justified in two ways: On the one hand, he would still play on probation - on the other hand, he had " made progress as a person ".

Rafael Nadal, who ultimately took Kyrgios out of the tournament, also saw an improvement. "If he plays like he does today, with this positive attitude, he gives the sport good things. I like the Nick Kyrgios we saw during this tournament."
