Some tennis players - such as Tatjana Maria or Victoria Azarenka and Serena Williams - also jet around as tennis moms on the WTA tour. The majority of tennis workers, on the other hand, are waiting for their well-deserved sports pension before they even think about the offspring.

Maria Sharapova let her career end two years ago, now the former world number one announced on Instagram that she became the mother of a healthy boy on July 1 of this year, who will be named "Theodore". The words accompanying the post read, "The most beautiful, challenging, and rewarding gift our little family could possibly have."

Father of little "Theo" is the British businessman Alexander Gilkes. Sharapova has been married to the 43-year-old multimillionaire for just over a year and a half. We wish the couple and the newborn all the best!
