Dennis Novak was well on his way to the semifinals of the ATP Challenger tournament in Vilnius. In the eighth game of the second set against Damir Dzumhur, however, the Austrian Davis Cup player had to ask the physiotherapist to come onto the court. And was unable to continue the game after Dzumhur equalized to make it 4-4.
