ATP Masters Miami: Jannik Sinner easily makes it to the semi-finals
Jannik Sinner reached the semi-finals of the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Miami after a comfortable win against Czech Tomas Machac .

Jannik Sinner was the first player to reach the semi-finals at the ATP Masters 1000 event in Miami. The Australian Open winner beat Tomas Machac 6:4 and 6:2 on Wednesday and thus reached (at least) the semifinals of his fourth tournament in 2024.
As in the previous two encounters against Tallon Griekspoor (third round) and Christopher O'Connell (round of 16), Sinner had to struggle in the first set. The South Tyrolean then played freely and ultimately secured a place in the semi-finals without any major problems.

In this, Sinner faces the winner of the game between Daniil Medvedev and Nicolas Jarry. In the top half, Carlos Alcaraz, Grigor Dimitrov, Alexander Zverev and Fabian Marozsan are in the quarterfinals.
