So far, the 2022 season hasn't gone quite so well for Cameron Norrie, but the Brit is now in the quarter-finals in Delray Beach. Norrie, seeded in first place, won against Oscar Otte 6:3 and 7:5. This means that all German participants in the 250 in Florda were eliminated: Peter Gojowczyk and Daniel Altmaier had already failed in lap one.

Norrie meets youngster Sebastian Korda in the round of the last eight, who after Thanasi Kokkinakis also defeated Andreas Seppi in straight sets.

Reilly Opelka, who as number two only entered Jack Sock today, received mail from the ATP. And he wasn't happy about it: Opelka got a penalty because he hadn't taken off his cap at the award ceremony in Dallas.
